*You will need to have your own laptop/desktop computer, a headset, and HARDWIRED internet. Hardwired internet just means you will need to have a Ethernet cord that runs from your Wi-Fi modem to your computer.

*You set your own hours with one weekend day included and a minimum of 20 hours a week.
*You must reside in the USA. If you reside outside of the USA or in any of the following states California, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, Maryland or New York please note we do not work with these states as of yet.

*Desktop/laptop computer with Windows 10 or higher and at least 8gb of ram or higher (some companies may require two monitors)
*USB Headset (preferably noise cancelling)

A: NO, YOU CAN ONLY PICK ONE TRAINING AT A TIME. ONCE YOU ARE FINISHED WITH THE TRAINING THEN YOU CAN PICK ANOTHER JOB

Q: HOW MUCH DOES EACH JOB PAY? WHAT IS THE STARTING RATE?
A: THE BASE RATE STARTS AT $10 PER HOUR AND CAN GO AS HIGH AS $20 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON WHICH COMPANY YOU CHOOSE. HOWEVER, THE PAY VARIES ACCORDING TO THE JOB TYPE AND YOUR SCORE ON THE ASSESSMENT. YOUR SCORE WILL DETERMINE WHICH JOBS ARE BEST AND MOST SUITABLE FOR YOU.

Q: HOW LONG IS TRAINING?
A: TRAINING FOR EACH COMPANY VARIES IT CAN RANGE FROM 2 WEEKS TO A MONTH DEPENDING ON WHICH COMPANY YOU CHOOSE TO TAKE CALLS FOR.

Q: ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR OWN TAXES?
A: YES, WE DO NOT TAKE TAXES FROM PAY FROM ANY EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANY. AT THE END OF THE YEAR YOU WILL RECEIVE A 1099 FORM IF YOU MADE MORE THAN $600. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND WORKING WITH OR HIRING A PROFESSIONAL TAX SPECIALIST TO GO OVER WHAT YOU ARE ABLE TO WRITE OFF AS FAR AS DEDUCTIONS AND EXPENSES FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS.

Q: WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
A: DURING TRAINING YOU ARE ABLE TO CHOOSE EITHER MORNING, AFTERNOON, OR AN EVENING TRAINING CLASS. ONCE OUT OF TRAINING YOUR ABLE TO SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE WHICH WILL INCLUDE A MANDATORY DAY DEPENDING ON COMPANIES SERVICING NEEDS.
